Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is exclusively intended for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade or professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a legal partnership, who, when concluding a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of their trade or professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with GlobalVista Limited, info@tinyadventures.uk.
By listing products in our online store, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for the sale of these items. You can place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct any input errors before submitting your binding order by using the correction options provided during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept our offer by clicking the order button for the items in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Language of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is English.
We store the contract text and will send you the order details and these Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer account.
4. Delivery Terms
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. For more details on shipping costs, please refer to the respective product offers.
We deliver only by shipping; self-pickup is not possible.
Deliveries to parcel stations are not possible.
5. Payment
We offer the following payment methods in our shop:
- Credit Card: During the checkout process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
- SEPA Direct Debit: By placing the order, you authorize us to collect the payment via SEPA direct debit. The account will be debited after shipment of the goods.
- PayPal: To pay via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment.
- Apple Pay: To pay with Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser and be registered with Apple. The transaction will be processed immediately after placing the order.
- Klarna: In partnership with Klarna, we offer payment by invoice, instalment purchase, credit card, and direct debit. Further details will be provided during the checkout process.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Our Right of Withdrawal applies, and you can review it here.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only on the same day of the order, up to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, cancellations are no longer possible, as orders are automatically processed and prepared for dispatch. A cancellation after this time is not possible. However, customers can exercise their right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.
Important Notes Regarding Returns:
- Returns are at the customer’s expense.
- The return address is:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags and in the original packaging.
- Returns without prior contact with our customer service (info@tinyadventures.uk) will not be accepted.
7. Transport Damage
If you receive goods with visible transport damage, please immediately report the issue to the carrier and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will not affect your legal rights but will help us pursue our own claims against the carrier.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
8.1 Statutory Warranty:
The statutory warranty applies.
8.2 Defective Goods:
If you receive a defective item, please send us photos of the damage, your order number, and proof of purchase to info@tinyadventures.uk within 7 days. Our team will review the case and contact you.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for claims arising from damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in the following cases:
- In case of injury to life, body, or health
- In case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- In case of a warranty promise, if agreed
- As far as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typically expected at the time of the contract conclusion. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which you can find here. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
